土壤中丙烯酸酯类化合物测定的不确定度分析

采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法对土壤中4种丙烯酸酯类化合物进行了检测,并分析了检测结果的不确定度.结果表明,对丙烯酸酯含量低于100 ng(<20 μg/kg)的样品,标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度分量较大,针对低浓度样品进行测定时,可通过配置低浓度的标准曲线,以减小引入的不确定度.
Uncertainty Analysis for Determination of Acrylate Compounds in Soil
Four acrylate compounds in soil were detected by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method.It can meet the requirements for the determination of acrylate in soil.At the same time,the uncertainty of the determination results is calculated and analyzed.The results show when the content of acrylate is less than 100 ng(the concentration is less than 20 μg/kg),the uncertainty component introduced by standard curve fitting is large.When measuring low concentration samples,the uncertainty can be reduced by configuring low concentration standard curve.
