智能一键求助报警器后盖滑扣的有限元分析与试产改良

对无线智能一键求助报警器外壳后盖的滑扣尺寸进行了仿真模拟研究,分析了滑扣的过盈量、材质和指压对后盖脱扣性能的影响规律.结果表明,过盈量对后盖的脱扣性能影响较大,试产所采用的过盈量0.5 mm未达到质检预期.基于对受力分析和应力分布的对比,将设计优化为过盈量0.3 mm,其后盖的拆卸性能更符合质量管控要求,解决了试产和维修反馈的拆卸过紧的问题.
Simulation Analysis and Trial Production Improvement of Sliding Snap-Fit on the Rear Cover of Smart One-Click Alarm
The simulation research on the sliding snap-fit of the rear cover on the wireless one-click alarm was completed.The results showed that the interference has more influence on the release performance of the rear cover.The interference of 0.5 mm used in the trial production did not meet the quality expectations.Based on the comparison of stress analysis and stress distribution,optimizing the design to interference of 0.3 mm,then the disassembly performance of its rear cover become more in line with quality requirements.
