摘要

研究了基于云平台的物联网压力变送器监测系统的设计与实现.通过引入云计算技术,构建了一个高效、可扩展、拥有实时数据共享能力的系统,能够满足工业过程控制的精确要求.从硬件的选型、网络架构到云平台的搭建,详细介绍了整个系统设计流程,并通过实验仿真验证了系统性能.测试结果显示,系统实现了设计目标的敏捷扩展、高稳定、低时延,并能有效支持高达 500个监测节点的并发连接,验证了系统的可行性和工业应用潜力.

Abstract

This paper studies the design and implementation of the internet of things pressure transmitter monitoring system based on the cloud platform.Through the introduction of cloud computing technology,an efficient,scalable system with real-time data sharing capability is built,which can meet the precise requirements of industrial process control.From the type selection of hardware,network architecture to the construction of cloud platform,the paper introduces the whole system design process in detail,and verifies the system performance through experimental simulation.The test results show that the system has achieved agile expansion,high stability,low latency,and can effectively support the concurrent connection of up to 500 monitoring nodes,verifying the feasibility of the system and the potential for industrial applications.
