摘要
通过对不同年代的建筑物房屋质量(安全)检测鉴定报告数据归纳分析,经长期服役后建筑上存在的裂缝的各种状态,对其成因、性质及危害程度进行评判.综合分析后认为,建筑在长期使用后暴露出来的裂缝是多种因素的叠加,并非是单一因素造成的.而以混凝土为代表的建筑材料本身劣化只是原因之一,其他因素产生的裂缝主要归属于"耐久性裂缝",大部分裂缝属"一般裂缝",少部分属"严重裂缝".本文对相关处理方法进行了探讨.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the data from the Building Quality(Safety)Inspection and Identification Reports of different eras,this paper attempts to analyze the various states of cracks that exist on buildings after long-term service,and to evaluate their causes,properties,and degrees of harm.After comprehensive analysis,this paper believes that the cracks exposed on buildings after long-term use are the superposition of multiple factors,not caused by a single factor.Among them,the inherent deterioration of building materials represented by concrete is just one of the reasons,and the cracks caused by other factors are mainly attributed to durability cracks.Most of these cracks are"ordinary cracks",and a few are"serious cracks".This paper discusses the relevant treatment methods.
