摘要

针对轴类零件在切削加工中需要二次装夹产生同轴度误差的现象,分别从测量误差和加工方法上对同轴度精度控制方法进行分析.以某典型轴类零件为例,分别从同轴度检测方法、原理上进行了误差探究,从加工方法上进行了三种方式的实践,得出采用定位误差补偿方法可以提高此类零件同轴度精度的结论.

Abstract

Aiming at the phenomenon of coaxiality error caused by double clamping in the cutting process of shaft parts,the control method of coaxiality accuracy is analyzed from the measurement error and machining method respectively.Taking a typical shaft part as an example,the paper probes into the error of the coaxiality detection method,the principle,and the practice of three ways from the processing method,and concludes that the positioning error compensation method can improve the coaxiality accuracy of such parts.
