Determination of Three Organic Acids in Soil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Different types of soil samples were used in this experiment, the extraction method, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction liquid-solid ratio were investigated and optimized, and the detection method of organic acids in soil by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established. The results show that the linear correlation coefficients of this method are above 0.999,and the linearity is good.According to the extraction liquid-solid ratio of 5∶1,horizontal oscillation at room temperature for 30 minutes, and the filtrate is determined by liquid chromatography. The recovery rate of organic acids in soil was 97.3%-106.0%,and the relative deviation of the detection results was 1.2%-7.0%.The results showed that the method had high accuracy and good precision. The method has the advantages of simplicity, environmental protection, high accuracy and low cost, and is suitable for the batch detection of organic acids in soil.
