岩石变形过程探究是现今科学领域重点研究课题之一,其中岩石压缩裂纹是地质灾害预防的关键环节.现有的系统测量岩石压缩裂纹的精度较差,故提出基于机器视觉的岩石压缩裂纹扩展过程连续测量系统设计研究.系统硬件单元主要包括机器视觉硬件设备选取单元、核心处理器设计单元与通信电路设计单元,软件模块主要包括机器视觉软件设计模块、岩石压缩裂纹扩展部分图像获取模块、岩石压缩裂纹扩展方向、长度与宽度测量模块.通过硬件与软件的共同协作,实现岩石压缩裂纹扩展过程的连续测量.实验数据显示,应用设计系统获得的岩石压缩裂纹扩展方向、长度、宽度测量结果与实际数值相同,充分证实了设计系统的有效性.
Design of a Continuous Measurement System for Rock Compression Crack Propagation Process Based on Machine Vision
Exploring the deformation process of rocks is one of the key research topics in the current scientific field,especially in terms of rock compression cracks,which is a key link in geological disaster prevention.The measurement accuracy of rock compression cracks in existing systems is poor,so a continuous measurement system design and research based on machine vision for rock compression crack propagation process is proposed.The system hardware unit mainly includes a machine vision hardware device selection unit,a core processor design unit,and a communication circuit design unit.The software module mainly includes a machine vision software design module,an image acquisition module for the extension of rock compression cracks,and a measurement module for the extension direction,length,and width of rock compression cracks.Through the collaboration of hardware and software,continuous measurement of rock compression crack propagation process has been achieved.The experimental data shows that the measurement results of the direction,length,and width of rock compression crack propagation obtained by the application design system are consistent with the actual values,fully confirming the effectiveness of the design system.
