Treatment Scheme of Acetylene Overstandard Defect in the#1 Main Transformer of a Power Plant
This paper takes the#1 main transformer of a power plant as the research object,and reveals the phenomenon of excessive acetylene content in the transformer through the handover test.Through oil chromatography and partial discharge analysis,the causes of acetylene exceeding the standard were further investigated.It is found that partial discharge in transformer is the main cause of excessive acetylene.To solve this problem,this paper puts forward a series of effective measures,including eliminating partial discharge fault in time,replacing transformer oil and strengthening the daily maintenance of transformer.After the implementation of these measures,the problem of excessive acetylene has been successfully solved and the normal operation of the transformer has been ensured.
