Research on Automatic Cleaning Equipment of Rubber Cylinder for Wrapping Equipment
In this paper,aiming at the disadvantages of traditional manual cleaning,such as low efficiency,high cost and poor cleaning effect,a set of automatic cleaning device for rubber drum in packaging production line was studied.Based on the analysis of the rubber cylinder in the packaging production line,a safe and efficient automatic can cleaning system is developed by combining fluid mechanics and automatic control theory.The system can clean the rubber cylinder comprehensively,and can reduce the amount of cleaning agent,reduce the pollution to the environment and effectively improve the production efficiency and equipment maintenance rate.
