核电作为清洁能源,在电力生产中发挥了重要作用.但是核电的技术性较强,其工程设施较为复杂,为了保证核电功能的发挥,工程现场的质量管理是十分必要的.在实际管控环节,需要对整个核电工程的质量管理进行分析,其技术要求较高,同时涉及范围较广,再加上人员技术以及外界因素的影响,质量管理水平会受到限制,影响质量管理作业的落实.本文从核电工程入手,浅谈现场质量管理的内容以及必要性,并且综合分析影响管理水平的因素,在此基础上制定管控策略,以保证质量管理作业的落实.
Common Factors and Control Countermeasures Affecting the Quality Management Level of Nuclear Power Project Site
As a clean energy,nuclear power plays an important role in electric power production,but the technology of nuclear power is strong,so its engineering facilities are more complex.In order to ensure the function of nuclear power,the quality management of the project site is very necessary.However,in the actual control link,the quality management of nuclear power engineering needs to analyze the whole project.With the high technical requirements,the range is wide.In addition,with the influence of personnel technology and external factors,the quality management level is limited,which affects the implementation of quality management operations.This paper starts with the nuclear power project,discusses the content and necessity of on-site quality management,and comprehensively analyzes the factors affecting the management level,and on this basis,formulates management and control strategies to ensure the implementation of quality management operations.
