以胜利东二号露天矿为例,在对其地质条件、开采现状及中长期规划进行综合分析的基础上,确定了露天矿不同工作线长度与推进方式的 3 种开采方案,各方案对应露天煤矿的剥采比、内排空间、运距、基建量、二次剥离量及开采难易程度等指标均不相同,各有优劣.为选出最优开采方案并且避免决策结果受到人思维上主观因素的影响提出了层次分析法与TOPSIS法相结合的评价方式;运用AHP法对选取的 9 个重要指标构建层次分析结构模型并计算各指标权重,并由TOPSIS法得出各方案与正负理想解之间的贴近度;最终确定"分区境界北扩 600 m方案"为最优开采方案.
Study on optimization selection of mining scheme in open-pit mine based on AHP-TOPSIS model
Taking Shengli East No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine as an example,based on the comprehensive analysis of the geological conditions,mining status and medium and long-term planning,this article determines three mining schemes with different working line lengths and advancing modes of the open-pit coal mine.The stripping ratio,internal dumping space,haul distance,infrastructure volume,secondary stripping volume and mining difficulty of the corresponding open-pit coal mine are different,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.The article presents a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and TOPSIS method to select the optimal mining plan and avoid subjective factors affecting the decision-making results,uses the AHP method to construct an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)structural model for the selected 9 important indicators and calculate the weight values of each indicator.The TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method calculates the closeness between each plan and the positive and negative ideal solutions,and ultimately determines the"600 meter north expansion plan of the zoning boundary"as the optimal mining plan.
