Research for optimizing mining and stripping plans of open-pit mines based on service age regression
Currently, the theory of"scheduling production with the goal of balancing the stripping ratio by stages"is difficult to achieve the goal of"balancing and stabilizing the number of main mining equipment in the mine"in practical engineering applications. To this end,the key scientific issues are first refined, including the effective production capacity reference baseline and degradation trajectory of the equipment, the dynamic optimization of the equilibrium period for the phased balanced configuration of the main mining equipment, and the mixed multi-objective optimization and game method for the collaborative operation strategy problem between the comprehensive mining process systems. Then, the key research tasks have been proposed, such as establishing a degradation state model of various equipment performance, establishing dynamic optimization models for the equilibrium period of equipment configuration in each system and designing solution algorithms, and constructing multi system collaborative operation strategy optimization models and designing solution algorithms.Last but not least, the key technologies have been proposed, such as the method of balancing the number of main mining equipment by stages under natural mining conditions, the overall optimization of comprehensive mining process equipment configuration, and the theory of the full life cycle mining plan inversion.
