探讨了露天矿山运输环节领域中道路质量识别方面新的分析方法,通过采用频率分析中滤波技术对矿用卡车三轴加速度进行了详细分析,并从实验中取得了具体数据.三轴频率分析方法可减少数据存储需求、提高运算性能,相比于时域分析在研究周期性、振动性、全面性等方面提供了更好的分析性能,且通过过滤噪声,可以获得更真实、准确的数据;矿卡运行频率小于 30 Hz,而外部噪声大于 40 Hz,并通过特征值运算得出矿卡在三轴的质量结果,以三轴频率研究的道路质量结果分别存在较强的关联性.
Identification of industrial and mining quality of open-pit mine road based on vibration signal analysis
This article discusses a new analysis method for road quality identification in the field of open-pit mine transportation,and analyzes the three-axis acceleration of mining trucks in detail by using frequency analysis filtering technology,and obtains the specific data from experiments.The triaxial frequency analysis method can reduce the data storage requirements and improve the computing performance.Compared with the time domain analysis,the method provides better analysis performance in terms of periodicity,vibration,comprehensiveness,etc.,which can obtain more realistic and accurate data by filtering noise.The operating frequency of the mining card is less than 30 Hz,and the external noise is greater than 40 Hz,and the quality results of the mining truck in the three axes are obtained through the eigenvalue calculation,and there is a strong correlation between the road quality results studied at the three axes.
