选用EML型边帮采煤机,以安太堡露天煤矿东帮为研究对象,通过对边帮煤回采工艺下煤柱群变化和扰动情况下的边坡稳定性分析,论证了边帮煤回采工艺的可行性;明确了边帮压煤回收的技术方案及开采技术参数.在可回收范围内有 3 层主要可采煤层的边帮煤,最先回收 4-1 煤再回收 9 煤,11 号煤层暂不进行回收;其中 4-1、9、11 号煤层的煤柱高度分别为 5.5、5.5、4.0 m;支撑煤柱宽度分别为 3.2、3.5、3.8 m,隔离煤柱宽度分别为 5.0、5.5、5.5 m;每 10 个采硐设置 1 个隔离煤柱;边帮采煤作业的最小平盘宽度为 80 m.安太堡露天矿边帮压煤回收技术保证了安太堡露天矿边帮压覆资源高效回收,形成了边帮煤与采剥工程之间的协调开采.
Side slope pressure coal recovery technology in Antaibao Open-pit Mine
The article selects EML side slope mining machine,takes the east slope of Antaibao Open-pit Coal Mine as the research object,and demonstrates the feasibility of the side slope coal recovery process by analyzing the stability of the slope under the change of the coal pillar group and the disturbance under the side slope coal recovery process.The article clarifies the technical scheme and mining parameters of side slope coal recovery:there are three main recoverable coal seams within the recoverable range of side slope coal,the first recovered 4-1 coal and then recovered 9 coal,and the 11 coal seam is not recovered for the time being.The height of coal pillar of No.4-1,No.9 and No.11 seams are 5.5 m,5.5 m and 4.0 m respectively,the width of supporting coal pillar is 3.2 m,3.5 m and 3.8 m respectively,and the width of isolating coal pillar is 5.0 m,5.5 m and 5.5 m respectively;one isolating pillar is set up for every 10 mining towers;the minimum width of flat plate of the side slope mining operation is 80 m.Side slope pressure coal recovery technology ensures that the resources of the side slope overburden in Antaibao Open-pit Mine are efficiently recovered,and forms a coordinated mining plan between the side slope coal and the stripping project.
