露天矿钻机电缆智能收放技术

针对钻机人工卷缆存在的工作量大、安全隐患与难以智能化控制的问题,对电缆智能收放设备工作方式与卷筒驱动方式进行了系统总结,对卷缆速度、卷缆张力/力矩与卷缆层数的关系进行了深入分析;根据现场的实际情况,采用后置式卷缆装置与变频控制驱动方式,设计与研制了相关设备.现场应用表明:卷筒收放缆智能自如,排线整齐,应用效果良好.
Intelligent retrieving and releasing technology of drill cable in open-pit mines
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload,safety hazards and difficult intelligent control of manual cable winding in drilling rigs,the article conducts on systematic summary on the working mode of cable intelligent retraction and release equipment and the driving mode of the drum,analyzes the relationship between cable winding speed,cable tension/torque and the number of cable layers;based on the actual situation on site,we use a rear mounted cable winding device and variable frequency control drive method to design and develop the relevant equipment.On-site application test shows that the drum can retract and release cables intelligently and smoothly,with neat wiring arrangement and good application effect.
