为了解决传统抛掷爆破中铵油炸药分段装药结构带来的现场操作程序复杂、抛掷爆破施工效率低、间隔器易下沉,且中间沟位置抛掷爆破成本较高等问题;提出优化抛掷爆破设计方案,研究了多种装药结构实际生产中的优劣,最终采用低密度铵油炸药连续装药结构代替分段装药结构的方案,调整开切口区域爆破结构和位置,以满足现场实际生产条件.结果表明:优化后的抛掷爆破方案,使现场施工简单、装药效率大幅度提升,每年可节约生产成本数百万元.
Optimization of throw blasting design in open-pit coal mines
In order to solve the complex site operation procedure caused by the segmented ANFO charge structure in traditional throw blasting,the problems such as low construction efficiency,easy sinking of spacer and high cost of throw blasting in the middle ditch position,the article presents optimizing throw blasting design scheme,studies the advantages and disadvantages of various charge structures in actual production,adopts the continuous charge structure of low density ANFO instead of the sectional charge structure,adjusts the blasting structure and position in the incision area,which meets the actual production conditions on site.The results show that through the optimization throw blasting scheme,the site construction is simple,the charging efficiency is greatly improved,and the annual production cost can be saved millions.
