Study on single-lane transportation design of open-pit coal mine end slope
In order to maximize the recovery of the overburden resources of the end slope in open-pit coal mines, based on the basic principles of limit equilibrium theory and the advanced inner drainage technology of the end slope,SLOPE/W software was applied to analyze the impact of single lane transportation on the overall and local end slope. The optimal slope shape of the end slope in open-pit coal mines under the condition of single lane circular transportation was studied by stages and lithology. The research results show that reasonably optimizing the position of single lane cyclic transportation significantly improves the coal resource recovery rate under the condition of ensuring the overall and local slope stability of the end slope.Under the condition of not exceeding the preliminary design, compared with the original research design,by optimizing the design of the end slope and implementing single lane cyclic transportation, the overall slope angle of the end slope can be increased by 4°,and the local slope angle of the end slope can be increased by 5°.Implementing single lane cyclic transportation can extract an additional 3.04 million tons of coal resources.Compared with the double lane transportation flat plate on the end slope, the single lane design based on different stages of the end slope can create significant economic benefits.
