某露天矿采用自移式破碎机半连续系统采煤,在采区中部遇到 1 条断距较大的正断层,直接导致工作线被切断;为了解决连续、半连续系统工作面带式输送机与露天矿的开采条件的适应性问题,以该矿自移式破碎机半连续系统作为研究对象,以双工作线最优方案作为基准,采用"六因素模型"对单工作线不同方式的相对总费用进行测算,形成了完整的工作面带式输送机工作线形态优化理论体系,该理论体系同样适用于除断层外的其他类似条件.
Optimization of working line shape for working face belt conveyor under the conditions of crossing faults
A certain open-pit mine uses self-moving crusher semi-continuous system for coal mining,however,in the middle of the mining area,a normal fault of a large fault distance is encountered,the working line is cut off directly.In order to solve the adaptability about continuous and semi-continuous system working face belt conveyor and open-pit mining conditions,taking the semi-continuous system of self-moving crusher as the research object,taking the optimal scheme of the two-side work line as the benchmark,we calculate the relative total cost of different modes of unilateral work line with"six-factor model",form a complete theoretical system of working face belt conveyor working line shape optimization,the theoretical system can also be applied to other similar conditions except fault.
