The whole life cycle ecological restoration and governance plan of Hesgewula South Open-pit Coal Mine
Taking Hesgewula South Open-pit Coal Mine as an example,based on the current production and ecological restoration and governance status,from the perspectives of time scale and spatial scale,with a focus on spatial scale,the article develops a full life cycle ecological restoration and governance plan for open-pit coal mines.Combining the production characteristics of Hesgewula South Open-pit Coal Mine,we create an ecological configuration model of"one ring,one center,three parks,and four zones",develop into a multi-functional and innovative park that integrates ecological agriculture and leisure tourism.The results show that the whole life cycle ecological restoration and governance planning is an important starting point to achieve new balance of nature and sustainable development in the new era,and an important way to achieve green and sustainable development of mining area economy.
