摘要

为了研究不同卡车对露天矿山的适用性及经济性,基于采场、内排土场等生产数据进行周期性计算与分析,对比 90E卡车与 90S卡车因距离不同而对应的能耗情况.结果表明:短距离运输时(3.0 km以内)90E卡车比 90S卡车节省能耗成本,长距离(3.0 km以上)运输时 90S卡车有一定的优势;90S卡车短距离运输时的碳排放量指标高于 90E卡车指标,长距离运输时,90E卡车的碳排放指标将大于等于 90S.

Abstract

In order to study the applicability and economy of different trucks for open-pit mines,the article conducts the periodic calculations and analysis based on production data such as mining sites and internal dumping sites,compares the energy consumption of 90E and 90S trucks due to different distances.The results show that 90E saves energy costs compared to 90S during transportation(within 3.0 km),and 90S has certain advantages during long-distance transportation(above 3.0 km).The carbon emission index of 90S for short distance transportation is higher than that of 90E,while for long distance transportation,the carbon emission index of 90E will be greater than or equal to 90S.
