露天矿非道路移动机械尾气中颗粒物去除研究

为了寻求针对露天矿非道路移动机械尾气中颗粒物去除的有效方法,分析了添加布朗气助燃法、添加燃油清净剂法和加装颗粒捕集器法 3 种方法对平朔露天矿区 14 辆不同类型的非道路车辆尾气中颗粒物的去除效果.结果表明:未采取颗粒物去除措施时,测试车辆尾气的初始烟度值超标率高达 71.4%;在采用添加布朗气助燃法和加装颗粒捕集器法后,车辆尾气的烟度值均能够达标;而采用添加燃油清净剂法后,车辆尾气的烟度值超标率仍高达 64.3%.
Research on particulate matter removal from non-road mobile machinery exhaust in Open-pit Mines
In order to find effective methods for removing particulate matter in the exhaust of non-road mobile machinery in open-pit mine,this article analyzes the removal effect of the particulate matter removal efficiency of three methods:oxy-hydrogen assisted combustion method,fuel additive method and diesel particulate filter installation method on 14 different types of non-road vehicles exhaust particulate matter.The results show that when no particulate matter removal methods are taken,the initial smoke level of the test vehicle exhaust exceeds the standard by 71.4%.After using the oxy-hydrogen assisted combustion method and diesel particulate filter installation method,the smoke values of the vehicle exhausts are able to meet the standard,while the smoke values of the vehicle exhausts still are a high exceeding 64.3%after using the fuel additive method.
