平朔东露天煤矿推进方向和工作线长度多次调整,大巷带式输送机长度和提升高度亦随之变化;通过对既有大巷带式输送机设计理论计算、实际运行分析和动态分析,从而合理确定延伸设计时各参数的选取,以最大程度发挥既有带式输送机的能力.结果表明:露天煤矿带式输送机延伸设计时,通过现场实际运行情况分析和OVERLAND软件动态分析,合理确定设计计算时各参数的选取,减少了系统搭接,保证了系统可靠性,节省了工期和投资.
Optimization of belt conveyor system in the main roadway of Pingshuo East Open-pit Coal Mine
The multiple adjustment of the pushing direction and the working line length in Pingshuo East Open-pit Coal Mine,the length and lifting height of the main roadway belt conveyor also change.Through the design theory calculation,practical operation analysis and dynamic analysis of the belt conveyor in the existing roadway,the selection of the parameters in the extension design can be reasonably determined to maximize the existing belt conveyor capacity.The results show that in the extension design of the belt conveyor in open-pit coal mine,the selection of the parameters in the design calculation can be reasonably determined through the analysis of the actual operation on the spot and the dynamic analysis of OVERLAND software,thus reducing the overlap of the system,which ensures the reliability of the system and saves time and investment.
