摘要

为避免MT5500 型矿卡后桥冷却系统由过流、过压等现象引起的损坏现象,对MT5500型矿卡后桥冷却系统进行改造,改变现有主发电机三相绕组直接连接冷却风机的方案,通过在主发电机三相绕组和冷却风机之间增加 1 个风机控制变频器稳定冷却电机的电压和频率.结果表明:MT5500 自卸车经过 1 年的试运行,改进后的卡车冷却系统工作良好,大大降低了MT5500后桥冷却系统的故障率,保证了车辆的安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In order to avoid the damage of the cooling system of MT5500 mine truck's rear axle caused by over-current and over-voltage,the mine reforms the cooling system of MT5500 mine truck's rear axle,and changes the existing scheme that the three-phase winding of the main generator was directly connected with the cooling fan,and adds a fan between the three-phase winding of the main generator and the cooling fan to control the inverter to stabilize the voltage and frequency of the cooling motor.The results show that after one-year trial operation on the MT5500 dump truck,the improved cooling system works well and greatly reduces the failure rate of the MT5500 rear axle cooling system,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the vehicle.
