摘要

为了解决卡车运行油耗增加设备出动率降低问题,分析了造成卡车高油耗的原因为发动机长时间超负荷运行,依据相关原因提出对矿用电动轮卡车进行油电混合动力系统改造.结果表明:对卡车进行油电混合动力系统改造后,油液消耗量显著减少,卡车出动率提升,运行安全性得到保障.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of increasing the fuel consumption of trucks and decreasing the dispatch rate of equipment,this article analyzes the reasons for the high fuel consumption of trucks,that is,the engine is overloaded for a long time.According to the related reasons,the article proposes to reform the hybrid power system of mine electric wheel trucks.The results show that the oil consumption is significantly reduced,the truck dispatch rate is improved and the operation safety is guaranteed after the transformation of the hybrid electric power system of the truck.
