设计了履带式卷缆车行走控制系统.介绍了履带式卷缆车的主要传动结构,以及直线行走的闭环控制原理;从PLC控制器、变频器、遥控器、接收器几个方面,结合履带行走控制系统电气接线图,详细介绍了履带式卷缆车行走控制系统的设计.履带式卷缆车行走控制系统,保证了履带安全直线行走,使得履带式卷缆车行走操作简单方便,安全可靠.
Abstract
The article designs a tracked cable car walking control system,introduces the main transmission structure of the tracked cable car and the closed-loop control principle of linear walking.This article provides a detailed introduction to the design of the walking control system for a tracked cable car,including PLC controller,frequency converter,remote control,and receiver,combined with the electrical wiring diagram of the tracked walking control system.The walking control system of the tracked cable car ensures safe and straight walking of the tracks,making the walking operation of the tracked cable car simple,convenient,and safe and reliable.
