Control plans for hidden dangers of belt damage in belt conveyors
In order to effectively prevent and control longitudinal tearing and transverse belt breakage faults of belt conveyors, the article systematically analyzes the explicit faults such as slipping and deviation, and potential hidden risks such as internal injuries and ancillary equipment and facilities of the conveyor belt, and comprehensively evaluates all direct, indirect, and random potential risk factors. The results show that the vast majority of known and ineffective hazards,or risk points that can be assessed as risk sources, can be equipped with corresponding mature detection and protection methods to achieve early prediction, intervention, and protection; For unforeseeable random hazards, comprehensive measures and methods can only be taken to prevent and control them,or remedial measures can be taken afterwards to prevent the expansion of accidents.
