摘要
针对平朔集团原煤煤质不好、企业重资产、主要生产工艺单一、设备投入时间长等特点及引起的问题,以业财融合管理理念和方法为基础,探讨了大型煤炭企业在高质量持续前提下进行业财融合工作的切入点,论述了业财融合的工作模式和方法,以及实现企业精细管理和价值创造.
Abstract
In the light of the characteristics and problems of Pingshuo group,such as poor quality of raw coal,heavy assets of the enterprise,single main production process,long investment time of equipment,etc.,this article probes into the cut-in point of industrial financial integration in large coal enterprises under the premise of high quality and continuity based on industry financial integration management idea and method,and discusses the working mode and method of industrial financial integration,and realizes enterprise fine management and value creation.
