摘要
基于常见EPC工程总承包成本管控流程梳理典型管控问题,依据"价本分离"的方法提出了成本效益"同心圆"的管控原则,细化了预算指引和过程严管的核心内容,明确了提升分包单位管理能力和信息化建设的重要方法.结果表明:权责明晰的成本管控原则、强有力的预算核算管理方法和施工管理能力、系统实用的信息化管理手段都将助推煤炭勘察设计企业提升EPC工程总承包项目的成本管控能力.
Abstract
Based on the common EPC project general contracting cost control process,this article sorted out the typical control problems,proposed the"concentric circle"control principle of cost benefit based on the method of"cost-cost separation",detailed the core content of budget guidance and process strict management,and clarified the important methods to improve the management ability and information construction of subcontractors.The results show that the cost control principle with clear rights and responsibilities,powerful budget accounting management method and construction management ability,and systematic and practical information management means will help coal survey and design enterprises to improve the cost control ability of EPC project.
