摘要
为深入研究露天矿深孔台阶松动爆破效果的影响因素,以工程爆破理论为基础,结合岩石动力学、矿岩爆破机理、地质统计学等知识,比较国内外深孔爆破工程的实践经验和爆破安全管理措施.通过分析岩石爆炸性、爆炸特性、爆破参数和工艺等因素,提出了露天矿深孔台阶松动爆破参数的优化措施,实现露天矿安全高效爆破,达到降本增效的目的.
Abstract
In order to research the influencing factors of the loosening blasting effect of deep hole steps in open-pit mines,based on engineering blasting theory,combined with knowledge of rock dynamics,mining rock blasting mechanism,geostatistics,etc.,the article compares the practical experience and blasting safety management measures of deep hole blasting engineering at home and abroad,analyzes the factors such as rock explosiveness,explosion characteristics,blasting parameters and technology,and proposes the optimization measures for the parameters of deep hole step loosening blasting in open-pit mines,which realize safe and efficient blasting in open-pit mines and achieve the goal of the cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
