端帮采煤机在露天煤矿中的发展和应用

摘要
为了解决露天煤矿端帮压煤问题,特别是端帮下压煤量非常大的埋藏较深、煤层较厚露天矿,提高露天矿的原煤回收率,减少煤炭资源浪费,提升露天矿整体经济效益,分析了端帮采煤机在国内外的发展和应用情况,论述了端帮采煤安全保障技术和优劣势.端帮采煤机作为露天矿端帮特定条件下开采设备,是露天矿专属的开采工艺,可以更多地回收煤炭资源,可降低露天煤矿生产剥采比提升矿山整体经济效益.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of end slope coal pressure in open-pit coal mines,especially in deep buried and thick coal seams with a large amount of coal pressure under the end slope,improve the raw coal recovery rate of open-pit mines,reduce coal resource waste,and enhance the overall economic benefits of open-pit mines,this article analyzes the development and application of end slope coal mining machines at home and abroad,and studies the safety guarantee technology and advantages and disadvantages of end slope coal mining.The results show that as a mining equipment for open-pit mines under specific conditions,the end slope coal mining machine is a dedicated mining process for open-pit mines,which can recover more coal resources,reduce the stripping ratio of open-pit coal mine production and improve the overall economic benefits of the mine.
