摘要

为了应对日益严苛的环保标准要求,推动露天矿非道路移动机械尾气治理的实现,分析了露天矿非道路移动机械尾气污染的现状及危害,研究了机械尾气中针对颗粒物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳和碳氢化合物等不同污染物的治理技术的应用现状,并对治理技术的发展进行了展望.结果表明:柴油氧化催化器、柴油颗粒捕集器、颗粒氧化催化器、选择性催化还原技术和废气再循环技术中的多种技术联合使用可实现露天矿非道路移动机械尾气的有效净化.

Abstract

In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental standards and promote the implementation of exhaust gas treatment for non-road mobile machinery in open-pit mines,this article analyzes the current situation and hazards of exhaust emissions from non-road mobile machinery in open-pit mines,and studies the current application status of various pollutant treatment technologies for particulate matter,nitrogen oxides,carbon monoxide,and hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases,and provides an outlook for the development of treatment technologies.The results show that the joint use of diesel oxidation catalyst,diesel particulate trap,particulate oxidation catalyst,selective catalytic reduction technology and exhaust gas recirculation technology can effectively purify the exhaust gas of non-road mobile machinery in open-pit mines.
