大湾煤矿初始拉沟位置的选择

为了实现大湾煤矿工程建设合理发展,尽快投入生产,提高经济效益,提出了 2 个初始拉沟位置的方案,并分析了矿建工程量、矿建投资、均衡剥采比等指标对不同方案的影响.结果表明:方案 1 在采场北部露头沿煤层走向拉沟,倾向推进,矿建工程量较小,矿建投资较小,均衡剥采比均衡期较长,但均衡剥采比较大;方案 2 从采场西部沿煤层倾向拉沟,走向推进,矿建工程量较大,矿建投资较大,均衡剥采比均衡期短,一期均衡剥采比较大,二期均衡剥采比较小;若扩大方案 1 矿建工程量,可降低均衡剥采比,但会增加投资.综合分析 2 种方案,最终确定方案 1且不增加矿建工程量为较为合适的拉钩位置方案.
The selection of initial trench position of Dawan Coal Mine
In order to develop the engineering construction of Dawan Coal Mine in a reasonable manner,bring it into production as soon as possible and improve the economic benefits,two options for the initial trench location are proposed,and the impact of the amount of mine construction,investment in mine construction,balanced stripping ratio and other indices on the different options are analyzed.The results show that in the first scheme,the outcrop in the north of the stope is trenching along the coal seam,the tendency is advancing,the mine construction amount is small,the mine construction investment is small,the equilibrium stripping period is longer than the equilibrium stripping period,but the equilibrium stripping ratio is large.The second plan from the west of the stope along the coal seam inclined to pull the ditch,towards the promotion,the mine construction project is larger,the mine construction investment is larger,the equilibrium stripping than the equilibrium period is shorter,the first phase of the equilibrium stripping is larger,the second phase of the equilibrium stripping is smaller.If the construction volume of the Project 1 mine is expanded,the equilibrium stripping ratio could be reduced,but the investment would be increased.After a comprehensive analysis of the two schemes,we determine that the first scheme is more suitable without increasing the amount of mine construction.
