In order to improve the level and effect of mine dust prevention and control in China,the article reviews the construction process of mine dust laws and regulations in China,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of mine dust laws and regulations in China.The results show that:before 1980 was the initial construction stage of China's mine dust legal standard system,1980-2000 was the development stage,and after 2000 was the gradual improvement stage.At present,China has gradually formed a mine dust control legal and regulatory system.The future needs to further improve and refine the relevant laws,regulations and standards for mine dust control,strengthen supervision and inspection and training and publicity,and enhance the awareness of dust hazard control.
