为了研究露天煤矿生产安全事故发展机理,全面预防事故发生,通过运用轨迹交叉事故致因理论,对行业内近几年发生的生产安全事故进行总结分析;从事故致因因素的运动轨迹着手,深入分析事故发展过程中人的不安全行为与物的不安全状态的事件运动轨迹和因果关系;根据事故发展原理,找出导致事故发生的直接原因,提出针对性预控措施,消除管理缺陷,从而避免事故的发生.结果表明,运用轨迹交叉理论,可从事故形成的本质上遏制其进一步发展,从而减少煤矿事故.
Study on coal mine safety accident prevention based on the theory of track crossing accident
In order to study the development mechanism of safety accidents in open-pit coal mines and comprehensively prevent accidents from occurring,this article summarizes and analyzes the production safety accidents that have occurred in the industry in recent years by using the theory of trajectory cross accident causation.Starting from the movement trajectory of accident causation factors,the article deeply analyzes the event movement trajectory and causal relationship between human unsafe behavior and object unsafe state during the accident development process.Based on the principle of accident development,we identify the direct cause of the accident,propose targeted pre control measures,eliminate management deficiencies,and thus avoid the occurrence of accidents.The results show that the use of trajectory crossing theory can fundamentally curb the further development of accidents,thereby reducing coal mine accidents.
