Research on slope pre-split blasting technology for a 24 m high step in Baiyun'ebo West Mine
In order to determine the key parameters for pre-split blasting technology on a 24 m high step,taking Baiyun'ebo West Mine high step as the engineering background,the article adopts ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D software to establish the high step pre-split blasting model,determines the spacing between pre-split blast holes,studies the effect of the decoupling coefficient on the formation of continuous cracks in pre-split blasting and verifies the feasibility of pre-split blasting design parameters through filed experiments.The results show that when the blast hole spacing is 1.5 m,a complete continuous crack can form inside the rock mass,further forming a complete pre-split surface.When the decoupling coefficient K is 3.0,the pre-split blasting effect is better.Pre-split blasting using the designed parameters can form a high step at once.
