Analysis of typical faults of mining truck MT5500 electric wheel and overhaul process optimization
This article introduces the improvement of the assembly process of MT5500 mining truck electric wheel and the optimization of the sealing design,to solve the problems of traction motor gland bolt breakage and oil leakage failure.By adjusting the assembly process and improving the sealing design,we improve the service life of the electric wheel,and reduce the frequency of parts replacement and maintenance hours.The application shows that the application of the new process not only increases the dispatch rate of trucks,but also reduces the labor intensity of overhaul.
