摘要
为安全有效地实现铁矿选矿厂扩建基础控制爆破开挖,针对爆破环境复杂、爆破有害效应控制严格、爆破技术难点较大等难点;在爆破安全控制时结合该工程周边环境、岩性特征、构筑物等情况,通过定量化爆破设计、差异化装药结构、精确延时设计等技术方案,优化爆破参数和爆破网路,采用数码电子雷管精准控制延期时间,实现了孔内分层延时起爆和微差起爆技术;同时对爆区进行防护、预裂爆破控制爆破振动和爆破飞石,最终顺利实施了选厂基础扩建控制爆破开挖.
Abstract
In order to safely and effectively realize the controlled blasting excavation of the foundation for plant selection and expansion,in view of the difficulties such as complex blasting environment,strict control of harmful effects of blasting,and large technical difficulties in blasting technology,the blasting safety control is combined with the surrounding environment,lithology characteristics,structures and other conditions of the project,and technical solutions such as quantitative blasting design,differential makeup structure,and accurate delay design are adopted.We optimize blasting parameters and blasting network,use digital electronic detonators to accurately control the delay time,and realize layered delay initiation in the hole and micro-differential initiation technology.At the same time,the explosion area is protected,the vibration and flying stones are controlled by pre-cracking blasting,and the controlled blasting excavation of plant foundation expansion is successfully implemented.
