Design and application of anti-freezing and de-dust system for long distance belt conveyor in cold area
In order to solve the dust and falling objects generated during the operation of long distance belt conveyors in cold areas,ensure the stable operation of the device,and meet the safety and environmental protection requirements,anti-freeze stickiness technology was used through demonstration and analysis to remove frozen stickies and hardened objects on the belt.For softening treatment,a multi-stage cleaning device is used to carry out multi-stage cleaning of the softened frozen sticky materials and hardened materials.At the same time,a negative pressure-induced wet dust collector is installed at the transfer part of the belt conveyor to solve the free dust generated by the transfer of materials,to ensure the cleanliness of the whole set of device in operation.This design has obvious anti-freezing,anti-sticking,cleaning and de-dust effects in the operation of long-distance belt conveyors in open-pit mines in cold areas,and can be promoted and applied in industries in the same region.
