为了降低贺斯格乌拉南露天煤矿原煤运输成本,实现降本增效目标;采用移设费用补偿法和单位费用最小法建立了原煤破碎站移设步距优化数学模型,结合贺斯格乌拉南露天矿原煤生产系统布置现状与开采规划情况及生产运营指标,对贺斯格乌拉南露天矿原煤破碎站移设步距与移设位置进行了优化;确定了原煤破碎站移设步距 722~795 m,破碎站移设周期为 5 年;电厂输煤系统一级原煤破碎站布设于采场西侧+872 m水平,一号生产系统原煤破碎站移设至采场东帮+812 m水平.
Optimization of raw coal crushing station relocation plan in Hesigewula South Open-pit Coal Mine
In order to reduce the transportation cost of raw coal and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,a mathematical model for optimizing the relocation step distance of the raw coal crushing station was established using the relocation cost compensation method and the unit cost minimization method.Combined with the current layout and mining planning of the raw coal production system and production and operation indicators of Hesigewula South Open-pit Mine,the relocation step distance and location of the raw coal crushing station were optimized.The relocation step distance of the raw coal crushing station was determined to be 722-795 m,and the relocation period of the crushing station was 5 years.The first level raw coal crushing station of the power plant coal transportation system is located at+872 m level on the west side of the stope,and the raw coal crushing station of No.1 coal production system is moved to+812 m level on the east side of the stope.
