摘要
为进一步提升WK-35 电铲中央枢轴修复效率,以近年来各大露天煤矿WK-35 电铲中央枢轴不同断裂情况为着眼点,结合WK-35 电铲中央枢轴发生过的不同断裂故障及典型处理方法进行综合分析,创新自主维修工艺、提升自主维修能力,研究出WK-35 电铲中央枢轴断裂修复工艺,该工艺提升了WK-35 电铲核心总成件自主维修效率,保障了设备的高效出动.
Abstract
In order to further improve the repairing efficiency of central pivot of WK-35 electric shovel,the focus is on the different fracture situations of the central pivot of WK-35 electric shovel in various open-pit coal mines in recent years.Based on the comprehensive analysis of different fracture faults and typical treatment methods that have occurred in the central pivot of WK-35 electric shovels in our unit in recent years,we innovate the independent maintenance technology and improve independent maintenance capabilities,develop WK-35 electric shovel central pivot fracture repair process.This process improves the efficiency of independent maintenance of WK-35 electric shovel core components and ensures the efficient operation of equipment.
