为了解决 830E 卡车车架大梁开裂的问题,分析不同工况下 830E卡车车架结构受力情况,对开裂部位料切割取样在电子显微镜下观察分析,并进行拉伸冷弯实验,找出车架开裂原因;根据车架开裂部位、开裂大小、应力集中情况,有针对性设计 1 套修复工艺,并成功进行实践运用.结果表明:该修复工艺可以解决 830E卡车集中部位开裂问题,修复后效果良好,大大延长车架使用寿命,提高车辆的出动率.
Causes analysis and repair technology for cracking of 830E truck frame
In order to solve the problem of cracking of the main beam of 830E truck frame,the article analyzes the stress situation of 830E truck frame structure under different working conditions.We cut and sample the cracked parts of the material,observe and analyze them under an electron microscope,and conduct tensile and cold bending experiments to identify the cause of the frame cracking.Based on the location,size,and stress concentration of the frame cracking,a targeted repair process was designed and successfully applied in practice.The results show that the repair technology can solve the problem of cracking in the concentrated parts of 830E truck,and the repair effect is good,which greatly extend the service life of the frame and improve the vehicle's output rate.
