摘要
通过分析 930E卡车鼻锥体的受力、930E卡车的驱动方式以及结构性破坏发生后的严重后果等要素,研究了矿用自卸卡车鼻锥体结构性破坏的原因,提出了日常保养及点检方法,及鼻锥体的预控断裂故障措施.结果表明:作为 930E卡车的重要安全机件,鼻锥体发生结构性破坏的原因可能与自身质量、关联机件以及运行工况等条件相关.
Abstract
By analyzing the force on nose cone,the driving mode of 930E truck and the serious consequence of structural damage,the article studies the causes of structural damage on nose cone of mine dump truck,presents the routine maintenance and spot check,the measures to pre-control fracture damage of nose cone.The results show that the structural damage of nose cone,as an important safety part of 930E truck,may be related to its own quality,related parts and operating conditions.
