Lean collaborative innovation effect and application practice based on coal supply and demand integration
In order to improve the efficiency of coal production and operation and consolidate the foundation of energy supply guarantee,this article analyzes the development situation of regional coal industry in recent years and the production and operation characteristics of relevant coal enterprises based on the characteristics of coal"production,marketing,transportation and demand",puts forward the measures such as deepening lean production,marketing coordination,road enterprise cooperation and demand fulfillment,and analyzes the implementation effects.The results show that by deepening the lean cooperation in each link of coal"production,marketing,transportation and demand",the coal production efficiency can be effectively improved,the equipment efficiency can be fully utilized,the sales coordination can be further deepened,the transportation efficiency can be improved,the plan can be fulfilled,and the energy security,stability and efficient supply can be effectively guaranteed.
