热管废热溴化锂发生器内泡沫金属填充长度的模拟研究

针对相同热管管径及蒸发段长度且不同泡沫铜填充长度的6组热管发生器进行了数值模拟,得到热管内蒸汽的体积分数及出口处的温度。通过 Origin 拟合得到了吸热量与泡沫铜的填充长度的关系式,并通过 MATLAB 的黄金分割法确定了最优填充长度。结果表明,当泡沫铜的填充长度为344mm 时,其强化传热效果最好。研究结果为基于泡沫金属的热管换热器的优化设计提供了重要理论依据。
The Numerical Simulation on Filling Length of Foam Metal in Heat Pipe Lithium Bromide-watergenerator Driven by Waste Heat
The 6 groups of heat pipe generators are involved,and each of them have the same of pipe diameter and length.But their filling lengths of metal foam filled in pipes are different.Their performance are simulated by FLUENT.So arethe curves and values of steam volume fraction and temperature at the pipe outlet.Then the relationship between filling length and performance is obtained by Origin.Therefor the the optimum filling length is determined by golden section method in MATLAB,and the result-shows that the heat transfer enhancement effect is best when the filling length of the copper foam is 344mm.It provides an impor-tant reference value and theoretical basis for the optimization design of heat pipe generator based on metal foam.
