Modal simulation and experimental study on outdoor unit casing of air conditioner
In order to solve the problem of big vibration and noise of a certain type of air conditioning outdoor unit housing, the research method of modal analysis was used to optimize the structural design of air conditioning outdoor unit housing.Firstly, the modal analysis of the whole outdoor unit housing of the air conditioner was carried out in different schemes, and the first ten order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the whole unit housing were obtained. The modal results of the whole unit housing measured by the hammer method were compared. The comparison results show that the model of the whole unit housing obtained by the simulation method without bolt-on roof side without adding constraint conditions is more consistent with the experimental test results, and the error of both is less than 3%.On this basis, the modal analysis of each structural part of the housing was carried out,and the first 3 orders of natural frequency and vibration shape of each structural part were obtained, and the optimization scheme of the key components of the bottom plate and support was put forward.By reducing the area of reinforcement of the bottom plate and increasing the number of reinforcement to optimize the structure of sheet metal parts, the natural frequency of the overall structure can be adjusted to avoid the working frequency of the compressor,so as to avoid resonance phenomenon, and effectively improve the problem of high vibration and noise.
