Design and experimental study of balanced single seat regulating valve based on high pressure seal
In view of the current situation that a single regulating valve under high pressure sealing conditions cannot meet various flow requirements,a balanced single seat regulating valve for high pressure conditions was designed. The valve core was equipped with a balance hole, and a sealing ring was arranged to cooperate with the valve core. The sealing ring was embedded in the installation groove between the balance valve cage and the noise reduction valve cage. There was also a flow adjustment surface below the outer cone of the valve core. The high pressure sealing test and the valve core motion performance test were carried out.The results show that the configuration of the driving actuator can be reduced under high pressure conditions, and the fit between sealing ring and valve core is good; The flow adjustment surface cooperates with the valve core to adjust the flow to meet the requirements of different working conditions; In the high pressure sealing test, the actual test pressure is 0.35 MPa,the set value of leakage is 9.46 L/min,and the measured leakage is 1.21 L/min;The valve core motion performance test includes full stroke and full switching time test, drift and jitter test, starting deviation value test, basic error and hysteresis test and dead zone test. The test results all meet the requirements; The balanced single seat regulating valve has excellent sealing, the opening and closing time is far less than the set time, the actual deviation is less than the set rated deviation of 2.50%,there is no drift and jitter, both the actual signal value and stroke value are less than the set value, both the positive and negative errors are less than the set basic error, the hysteresis is less than the set one,and the dead zone is less than the set one.The research results have reference value for the design of regulating valves for high pressure conditions.
