消波器对水介质柱塞泵脉动吸收特性的仿真及试验

针对柱塞泵排出流量的周期性变化所产生的压力脉动,导致振动噪声过大的问题,设计了一种结合蓄能器组与孔板的新型消波器,通过理论计算、数值模拟和试验对蓄能器组的参数进行了确定.结果表明,通过组合使用不同充气压力的蓄能器,消波器可有效衰减不同工况下的压力脉动,衰减比约为50%;蓄能器与孔板相结合的消波器可有效降低流体压力脉动,尤其对250 Hz以下的低频段吸收效果明显;针对不同排水背压,插入损失均可达到7dB以上.研究结果对柱塞泵的降噪优化设计具有参考价值.
Simulation and experiment of wave absorber's pulse-absorption characteristics for hydraulic piston pumps
In order to solve the problem of too big vibration and noise caused by pressure pulsation from periodic discharge flow variation of piston pumps,a new type of wave absorber combining the accumulator group and the orifice plate was designed.The parameters of the accumulator group were optimized by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The results show that the accumulators can effectively decrease the pressure pulsation under different working conditions effectively by combining accumulators with different pressures,and the attenuation ratio is about 50%;The wave absorber with combined accumulators and orifice plates can effectively decrease the pressure pulsation in the fluid,especially in the frequency band under 250 Hz.The insertion loss can reach more than 7 dB for different discharge back pressures.The research results of this article have reference value for the noise reduction optimization design of plunger pumps.
