Study on the regulation law of centrifugal blower in VPSA oxygen production system under variable working conditions
In order to improve the performance of the centrifugal blower under variable working conditions,the centrifugal blower in a vacuum pressure swing adsorption(VPSA)oxygen production system was taken as the research object,and the numerical calculation method was used to study the performance change law of the centrifugal blower when the rotating speed and diffuser angle were adjusted separately and jointly.The results show that compared with the fixed type,the working pressure ratio range of the combined regulation is expanded by 42%,and the centrifugal blower can maintain efficient and stable operation within the full pressure ratio range.By establishing the function model between efficiency and rotational speed and between diffuser angle and pressure ratio,the optimal control scheme of joint regulation was obtained by using the interior point method,which provides a basis for the efficient operation of the centrifugal blower.Finally,in order to verify the reliability of the optimization results,combined with the actual working pressure ratio variation law of the centrifugal blower,the rotational speed and diffuser angle of the experimental model were jointly adjusted according to the optimal control scheme.After measurement,the centrifugal blower can maintain an efficiency of over 87%for continuous operation.
