Study on the characteristics of indoor pollutant distribution in negative pressure wards under different air conditioning modes
In order to solve the problems of presence of indoor air circulation flow and condensate collection in both split air conditioners and fan coils, the negative-pressure wards were simulated using the CFD software, and the indoor heat and humidity environments, the characteristics of contaminant distribution, and the risk of infection for healthcare workers were compared and analyzed when radiant air conditioning systems and fan coil systems were applied in the negative-pressure wards, and a full-scale radiation air conditioning negative pressure ward laboratory was established to verify the results. The results show that the use of radiant air conditioning system can not only reduce the vertical temperature difference in the room and reduce the sense of blowing air,but also reduce the concentration of indoor pollutants and the risk of infection of indoor personnel. The maximum reductions in indoor pollutant concentration, exposure risk and probability of infection were 29.85%,29.27%and 15.79%for radiant air conditioning compared to fan coils, respectively. The results of the study can provide reference for the design of negative pressure wards and infection risk assessment for healthcare workers.
