摘要

在"双碳"目标及国家实现制造业高质量发展的大背景下,空气压缩机及系统作为主要行业广泛应用的重要用能设备,其能效问题日益受到关注.本文从标准、产品能效水平等角度,重点分析了我国空气压缩机及空压站系统的行业现状,指出了在标准修订、产品制造、市场监督等方面存在的不足,分析了其中的原因,并就进一步促进行业产品与系统能效的提升,从新技术研发、标准引领、产品认证、市场监督等方面提出了建议.

Abstract

Under the background of the"dual carbon"goal and the country's high-quality development of manufacturing industry,air compressors and systems are widely used as important energy use equipment in major industries,and their energy efficiency issues have attracted increasing attention.From the perspective of standards and product energy efficiency,the analysis was focused on the industry status of air compressors and systems in China,the shortcomings in standard revision,product manufacturing,market supervision,and other aspects were pointed out,the causes behind these were analyzed,and suggestions for further promoting the improvement of energy efficiency in industry products and systems were proposed,including new technology research and development,standard leadership,product certification,and market supervision.
